ConnectWise Manage Custom IntegrationView in Browser As a courtesy, ThreatLocker has created an interface in the ThreatLocker Portal where you can create an integration between your ConnectWise Manage Account and your ThreatLocker account. Before you proceed with setting up this Integration within ThreatLocker, you will need to set up a Custom Security Role, API Member, and API Keys within ConnectWise. Per ConnectWise's recommendations, the API user requires Admin permissions. To harden your environment, we have had some success with the settings shown below.

Datto IntegrationThe following covers use for both Datto RMM and Datto PSA. Datto RMM On the main page you may enable Datto RMM. In this section, you will have the options to select your RMM Zone and enter your API Credentials. An API Key and API Secret Key must be generated for each user. IT Glue IntegrationThe ThreatLocker integration with IT Glue creates 2 Flexible Asset Types in the IT Glue Portal: ThreatLocker Computer Groups and ThreatLocker Computers. ThreatLocker will then synchronize the organization's computers and computer groups from ThreatLocker into IT Glue as Flexible Assets. Working Around the Sophos BSoDA recent update in Sophos has created an issue where downstream filter drivers can cause Sophos to crash with a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death). Sophos have confirmed this issue and have provided us with a workaround from their Sophos Central portal (See "The Sophos Solution" listed at the bottom) The ThreatLocker Solution: ThreatLocker has developed a fix for the Sophos issue in Agent Version 6.2 -- by changing the position of the ThreatLocker filter driver to load before the Sophos filter driver.

Azure IntegrationNote: This integration requires the use of ThreatLocker Agent Version 8.0 or above. How to Configure the Azure Integration To begin, navigate to the ThreatLocker portal. From the left-hand navigation menu, click ‘Integrations’ and click ‘New Integration’. Click ‘Setup’ next to the Azure icon. Enter a valid Tenant ID from your Azure Directory and click ‘Open Consent Screen’. Note: This next step requires a Microsoft administrator account.
