The Help menu is located in the upper right corner of the portal.
1. Chat with a Cyber Hero - Opens a support chat dialog box.
2. ThreatLocker University - Opens ThreatLocker University in a new window.
3. Knowledge Base - Opens the ThreatLocker Knowledge Base in a new tab.
4. Resource Library - Opens the ThreatLocker Resource Library in a new tab.
5. What's New - Opens the most recent Release Notes Knowledge Base article in a new tab.
6. API Documentation - Opens the ThreatLocker Swagger documentation in a new tab.
7. Help Desk - Opens the Help Desk page.
8. Support PIN - Displays a randomly generated PIN that is visible only to you. The Cyber Hero Support Team may request that you provide this PIN to assist in the account verification process.
Please note: Much of this process is automated on the backend, and when possible, this PIN will automatically be inserted for the Cyber Hero Team, which will negate the need for you to provide it to them.
9. ThreatLocker Access (X) - The letter displayed in the parentheses is your Instance.
