Help CenterIf you use Network Control or Web Control, changes in the ThreatLocker Mac Agent version 4.3 will require you to replace your ThreatLocker configuration profile to enable packet filtering.
The new ThreatLocker configuration profile will be attached shortly.
Navigating to the link provided will allow you to download a .zip file with the ThreatLocker configuration profile. From here, you will be tasked with taking the new profile downloaded and swapping it with your existing one.
This change must be made from within your MDM’s portal. You must take the original configuration profile and swap it with the new one. This will ensure that your Network and Web Control settings remain functional.

Important: Failure to replace the ThreatLocker Configuration Profile will result in the inability for Network Control and/or Web Control to function. Please change your ThreatLocker configuration profile BEFORE updating your MAC to ThreatLocker agent version 4.3.
