How to Implement Tray Branding (Or Hide the Tray Icon)
This guide will cover how to change your Tray branding icon

You can freely change your Tray branding icon in addition to the banner now. We'll include the pre-requisites for the Tray branding below:
- Must be Agent 6.0 (or newer)
- 16x16 image format (may automatically compress to formatted size)
- Image must be web-hosted
- Has to be a .ico file (cannot be renamed) -- must be converted to true .ico
Start off on the Organizations page, and edit the organization you want to receive the changes. Branding must be applied to each existing organization individually.

Navigate to the "Branding" tab, and enter the URL to the web-hosted image in the "Tray Icon" text box.

Click "Save"

You can also easily hide the ThreatLocker Tray by inputting (hide) into the Tray Icon text box as shown in the screenshot below.

To Confirm that your Tray Icon image has been saved in the correct location on the endpoint, navigate to your ThreatLocker Directory.
C:\Program Files\ThreatLocker

Once that image has been confirmed in the directory, you have two options.
- Force end the ThreatLocker Tray and restart it
- Log out and Log back In
How to force end the ThreatLocker tray and restart it.
Open Task Manager.

Here is the newly implemented Tray icon.

The same icon will also appear in the top left corner of the request window popup once an end user clicks 'Request'.
