Help CenterBeginning in ThreatLocker Portal 2.10, administrators can fully customize the Elevation UAC at the Organization and Group levels.
Organization Settings
To apply customization of the Elevation UAC for the entire Organization, navigate to the Organization page.
Select the gear icon to open the Organization Setting sidebar for the Organization for which you wish to customize the UAC.
Select the 'Tray Settings' tab.
Every text string displayed on the UAC can be replaced with custom text, which can provide the ability to fully translate the popup displayed to the end user.
Be sure to press the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the sidebar to save the settings. Changes will be applied when the ThreatLocker Agent is restarted. For help restarting the Agent, see the associated article here: Restarting the ThreatLocker Agent | ThreatLocker Help Center
Customization set here will show on the end user popups for all computers in this Organization.
Computer Group Settings
To apply customization of the Elevation UAC for a specific Computer Group, navigate to the Devices page > Computer Groups tab.
Select the Computer Group you wish to customize the UAC for and click anywhere on the line to open the Edit Computer Group sidebar.
Select the 'Tray Settings' tab.
The same customization interface as displayed on the Organization page will be displayed. Customization set here will appear in the end user popups for computers in the selected group.
If there are both organization-level customization settings and group-level customization settings, the settings that were changed most recently will be applied.
Once again, be sure to click the blue 'Save' button at the bottom left of the sidebar to save changes. Changes will be applied when the ThreatLocker Agent is restarted. For help restarting the Agent, see the associated article here: Restarting the ThreatLocker Agent | ThreatLocker Help Center
Mandatory Fields
For administrators who wish to require end users to enter an email address and/or a reason for their requested Elevation, checkboxes labeled 'Mandatory' are above the fields that can be enforced.
