Help CenterNavigate to the Organizations page using the menu on the left-hand side of the page.
If you are at the parent organization, this page will display all child organizations that you manage.
From here, you can select individual organizations to delete. Selecting the checkbox to the left of the organization you are trying to delete will populate a new button above the list of organizations that says Delete (number of Organizations you have selected) Organization(s). 
Additionally, you can select the Select All checkbox to choose every organization at once.
Now, selecting the Delete button will delete any selected organization that is empty. Before an organization can be deleted, it must meet the following criteria:

It cannot be the Parent organization

It cannot contain any computers - it must be empty

It cannot be the organization you are currently managing
If you try to delete an organization individually that does not meet the above criteria, you will receive the following error:
417 Error: You cannot delete organizations that you are currently managing or contain computers or accounts.
If an organization does not meet the above criteria but is included in the selected organizations via the Select All Checkbox, organizations that meet the criteria will be deleted while ones that don’t will remain on your Organizations Page.
