Branding – Changing an Organization Logo

Note: This article contains directions for both the ThreatLocker Portal and the ThreatLocker Legacy Portal. If you are using the Legacy Portal, you can find the appropriate directions by scrolling down in the article. 

Before getting started, there are a couple of pre-requisites.

  1. Logo must be a 100x100 pixel image (JPG format).
  2. Logo must be in a URL format ( e.g. https://www.mysite.com/logo.jpg).

How to Change the Organization Logo in the Threatlocker Portal

Navigate to your Organizations page and select the name of the organization you want to change the default branding on.

The 'Update Organization' slide-in panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Locate the 'Customized Tray Branding' section of the panel.

Input the URL containing the desired image in the 'Logo' text box.

Select 'Update Organization'.

The logo may take up to 5 minutes to fully appear. You can check if it's downloaded locally in your C:\Program Files\ThreatLocker directory, and look for logo.jpg.

After you see the logo is locally downloaded, kill off the ThreatLockerTray in Task Manager and/or log out and log back in.

The logo will now appear in the popups that your users receive when attempting to run a new application.

To reset the Organization Logo icon back to the original ThreatLocker Icon, please use this link in the 'Logo' text box: https://portal.threatlocker.com/partnerlogos/threatlockerlogo.png 

How to Change the Organization Logo in the Threatlocker Legacy Portal

On the left-hand side of the portal, you will see your navigation tools as usual. 

  • Navigate to the "Organizations" tab.

  • Enter the Organization that you are looking to brand.  

After you have located the Organization:

  • Select the pencil icon adjacent to the Organization name.

  • In the newly created window, select the "Branding" tab.

  • Input the URL containing the desired image in the Logo text box within the Branding tab.

  • Select Save.
