Help CenterHeartbeat Interval – The rate can be changed by the user in the Edit Computer Group Page. By default, this is set to 60 seconds.
To access this, navigate to the 'Devices' page using the left-hand menu.
Then select the 'Groups' page in the top right corner of the page.
Select the group you wish to inspect the Heartbeat Interval on. A new page will open called 'Edit Computer Group'. The Heartbeat Interval settings can be viewed in the Computer Group Settings section of the page.
Pre-Set Intervals
The following are intervals that are refreshed automatically and cannot be changed:
- Application Hash Refresh - Every 5 minutes.
- Core Files Refresh - Every 30 seconds.
- Tag Items Refresh - Every time the computer checks in (Every 60 seconds while they are online).
- Elevation Control Local Administrator Removal Interval - Every 60 minutes, when policies are deployed, or when a user is newly added to the local Administrators group.
- Configuration Manager Monitor Interval - Every 5 minutes.
