New Features and Improvements
- Support of ARM-based Windows 11 devices
- Upgraded stability and security based on .NET 8
- All Core Built-Ins, i.e. PowerShell, have all ARM hashes included
Installing/Uninstalling
- Installation links for ARM agent are currently only available through the beta portal
- Installing the MSI by double-clicking will fail. It must be installed from an elevated command prompt.

Limitations and Known Issues
- Windows 11 only for ARM-based PC's ARM64
- Cannot be downgraded below ThreatLocker version 11
- TL Detect: Detect actions trigger without clearing active alerts
- MSIx64 is allowed to be installed on non-ARM machines or X86 machines but the driver will fail to start resulting in a failed installation
- For ARM when presented with the Elevation UI, entering an admin username without also entering \Hostname\Username or \Domain\Username will result in a correct password not being accepted
- ARM Windows Core only includes Windows 11 22H2 and above
