Select the Console App icon located at the bottom of the screen as shown below to open the application.

If the Console App is not in your Mac’s dock, you can also locate it by using Spotlight Search or Launchpad.

Using Spotlight Search to Open the Console App

To locate and open the Console App using Spotlight Search, select the 'magnifying glass' icon located in the top right corner of your screen.

Selecting this will open the 'Spotlight Search' window.

Additionally, you can open Spotlight Search by pressing Command-Spacebar.

From here, you can now enter 'console' into the Spotlight Search window. Selecting the first result or pressing the 'Enter' key will open the Console App.

Using Launchpad to Open the Console App

The Launchpad icon is found in the Mac’s dock. It is usually located to the right of Finder.

Selecting Launchpad will bring up a window containing the apps you have installed on your Mac.

Now, you can search for 'console' using the search bar at the top of the Launchpad window.

Otherwise, you can find the Console App by selecting it from the Launchpad window itself.

Using the Console App

Now that your Console App is open, select 'Start streaming' inside the Console window.

Type 'threatlocker' into the search bar. If the ThreatLocker agent is running, you should see messages populating with a Process labeled 'com.threatlocker.app.agent'.

You can also navigate to the 'Devices' Page in the ThreatLocker Portal and verify that the Mac is visible.
