This feature is coming soon!
ThreatLocker now provides users with the ability to change the Storage Control tray notification and request appearances. To do this:
Navigate to Advanced Settings on the left-hand side of the ThreatLocker Portal.

Select the '+ New Setting' button in the top left corner of the page.

From the 'Create Settings' side panel, choose the 'Setting Type' dropdown and select 'Tray Settings - Storage Control' from the list.

Once selected, the parameters section will populate with two new options labeled 'Hide Storage Control Tray Notifications' and 'Storage Control Tray Requests'.

Hide Storage Control Tray Notifications
To expand this section, select the 'Enable Custom Tray Notifications' switch.
- Enable Custom Tray Notifications - Allow the customization of the appearance of Storage Tray notifications.
- Hide Storage Control Tray Notifications - Used to hide notifications entirely, so users do not receive any notice of Storage Control blocking an action.
- Notification Text - Use this field to change the text that appears in the Storage Control request tray prompt.
- Use %FullPath% to denote the path name and %BrandName% to denote the organization name.
- Hide Request Button - Enabling this button will prevent users from seeing the button to create a request for access to something being blocked by Storage Control. The notification for the request will still be received, but they will be unable to request access.
- "Request Access" Button Text - A field to change the text found on the 'Request Access' button.
- Hide "Don't Show Again" Button - Hides the 'Don't Show Again' button, preventing users from requesting access to this blocked item in the future. They will be unable to prevent the tray prompt from appearing when this button is hidden.
- "Don't Show Again" Button Text - Allows you to change the text found on the 'Don't Show Again' button.
Storage Control Tray Requests
Underneath the 'Hide Storage Control Tray Notifications' section is the 'Storage Control Tray Requests'. This section allows you to further customize the appearance of the Storage Control Tray.

- Enable Custom Tray Requests - Allow the customization of the appearance of Storage Tray Requests.
- Notification Text - Field to change the message that appears in the Storage Control pop-up after a request is begun.
- Use [ApplicationName] to denote the name of what was blocked by the storage policy. Use [CompanyName] to denote the name of your organization in the message.
- Optional Message Text - Change the text that appears above the message field in the request pop-up.
- Optional Email Address For Notifications Text - Change the text that appears above the Email Address Input Field.
- Hide Send Request Button - Hides the 'Send Request' button on this page, preventing users from sending a Storage Control request.
- 'Send Request' Button Text - Allows you to change the text displayed on the 'Send Request' button.
- Hide "Log in as Administrator" Button - A switch that will hide the button that brings users to the ThreatLocker Portal Login Page.
- "Log in as Administrator" Button Text - Field allowing users to change the text appearing on the 'Log in as Administrator' button.
Once you have filled out all the information to your standards, select the 'Create' button at the bottom of the page. This will create a new Advanced Setting on your page. Ensure that you select the 'Update Agents' button once done to ensure this update goes to all associated machines.
