Note: You must have ThreatLocker Windows Agent 10.5 or greater to use this Agent Setting.
ThreatLocker now offers an Agent Setting that allows you to redirect users to a specified URL after they submit an Application Approval Request. The URL can be any valid web address, giving you flexibility to guide users to resources such as support pages, knowledge bases, or internal portals. This feature was previously accessible in the 'Tray Settings' while editing a computer group, but was limited to being used on only one computer group at a time. Using the 'Tray Settings - Redirect URL' Agent Setting, you can apply the Redirect URL to the entire organization, a specific computer group, or an individual computer; however, it cannot be assigned to a global group.
To apply this Agent Setting, select 'Tray Settings - Redirect Url' from the 'Setting Type' dropdown.
Ensure the correct group or computer is selected in the 'Applies To' dropdown.
The 'Parameters' section will now display an input field titled 'Redirect Url'. Insert your specified URL here, then select the 'Create' button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you have created your new Agent Setting, select the 'Update Agents' button in the top left corner of the 'Agent Settings' page.
Once the agent has been updated, users will be redirected to the URL you specified any time they submit an application request.
