ThreatLocker and ITAR Compliance

While there is no formal ITAR certification, ThreatLocker is committed to supporting our customers that need to maintain ITAR compliance. In addition to providing a US-based Support Team that is available 24/7/365, ThreatLocker enables users to specify organizations that need to remain ITAR compliant, ensuring that ThreatLocker employees who are not US citizens do not access their data.

To enable ITAR compliance, navigate to the 'Organizations' page using the left-hand side of the ThreatLocker portal.

Within the 'Organizations' page, select the 'gear' icon to the right of the organization(s) that must remain ITAR compliant.

Selecting the 'gear' icon will open a side panel titled 'Edit Organization Settings'. Make sure that you are in the 'General' tab.

Navigate to the 'Settings' section. Here, you will see a switch underneath 'ITAR Compliant'. Turn this on.

After activating this, make sure you select the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page.

Once this has been saved, the organization will be flagged as ITAR Compliant, and no non-US citizen employees will be permitted to access this account.
