As the Linux agent currently does not contain a tray, requesting blocked items must come through the terminal. The command is:
sudo threatlockerctl --request-allow-app [complete file path] [email address] [reason for request]
For example:
sudo threatlockerctl --request-allow-app /home/username/testfilepath testuser@company.com "I need this file for work please'
Provided the complete, exact file path is entered correctly, the file details, including the hash, will be sent up to the ThreatLocker Response Center where an admin can action the Approval Request.
