Relay Settings

Navigate to the Agent Settings page.

Select New Setting in the top left corner.

In the Create sidebar, select Relay Settings from the Setting Type dropdown.

When 'Relay Settings' is selected from the dropdown menu, the 'Parameters' section will have two fields titled 'Order By' and 'Hostname/IP Address: Port'. In this area, you can enter information about relays used by your organization. These relays forward data between your organization and another party for a more controlled communication process.

Once 'Relay Settings' is selected, navigate to the parameters section and input your Relay Server's hostname and port number or the IP Address and port number.

You can use one relay or input multiple ones. If one of your relays fails, the next relay, according to the 'Order By' field, will be used instead.

When all of your relay settings have been entered, select the 'create' button to create your new Agent Setting.

Once you have filled out your Setting Type and Parameters, navigate to the bottom of the 'Create Settings' side panel. Select the 'Create' button at the bottom of the page to create the setting.

Press the Update Agents button at the top of the page to push this new setting to all applicable agents.
