Performance Counters Advanced Setting

Beginning in Windows Agent 10.7.1 or greater, an advanced setting can be configured so that admins can enable driver performance metrics when needed.

Navigate to Advanced Settings.

Select '+ New Setting' button.

Selecting this button will open the Create Settings sidebar.

1. Choose Performance Counters from the 'Setting Type' dropdown.
2. Applies To - This is the organization, group, or computer that will display the custom changes set here.
3. Choose how the 'Advanced Setting' will be ordered. By default, this setting is added to the top of the Order By list; however, you can choose to add it to the bottom instead.
4. Within the 'Parameters' section, toggle the available switch labeled 'Enabled' to enable performance encounters.
   

   Note: This is an Advanced Setting. It can negatively impact performance and should only be used when troubleshooting with the Cyber Hero team.

5. Create - Select the 'Create' button to save this Advanced Setting.
6. Cancel - Select 'Cancel' to close this sidebar without saving.

Remember to select the 'Update Agents' button to deploy the newly created setting to the ThreatLocker Agents.
