Help CenterBeginning in Portal 2.21, a self-password recovery option has been added to the login page directly under the blue 'Login' button.
Select the 'Forgot Password?' link to start the password recovery process.
If the organization you are an administrator of has no machines in secured mode, a password recovery email will be sent to the email address on file. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
If the organization you are an administrator of does have secured machines, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code that will be sent via SMS to the phone number on file. Then, a password recovery email will be sent to the email address on file. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
If you are unable to verify the one-time code, you will also have the option to enter the last 4 digits of the payment method on file. Then, a password recovery email will be sent to the email address on file. Follow the link in the email to reset your password.
