Known Issues With ThreatLocker 10.6 and 10.7 Driver

ThreatLocker is aware of an issue with the 10.6 and 10.7 drivers, where, in some instances, the driver may become stuck during a machine's shutdown or restart. This was determined to be caused by leaked handles from remote executions and can be resolved by a system reboot.

If you are not able to perform a system reboot, please reach out to the ThreatLocker Support Team.  Our ThreatLocker Support Team can provide you with a tool to resolve this issue without requiring a system reboot.

This issue has been resolved on Threatlocker driver versions 10.8 and above.
