When opening LiveChat, there has been a recent Known Issue of Chat Boxes not showing for users using Microsoft Edge. If this occurs, please check your browser's settings to ensure that 'Enable Tracking Prevention' is NOT set to 'Strict'.
To check this, in your browser, select the three dots in the top-right corner, then select 'Settings'.

In the 'Settings' page, select 'Privacy, search, and services' from the left-side menu.

Next, choose the 'Tracking prevention' option within the 'Privacy, search, and services' page.

On the 'Tracking prevention' page, if 'Enable tracking prevention' is turned 'On', you will see three options for tracking prevention: Basic, Balanced (Recommended), and Strict. Ensure that your Browser is set to Basic or Balanced; otherwise, you might experience the LiveChat chat box not opening.
