In Windows Agent 10.8.x, a change was made in the agent related to domain name parsing. An unintended consequence resulted in printing issues for some organizations that utilize network printers.
Driver Domain Name Parsing, specifically when set as an Option, in some cases causes issues with printing when the agent attempts to parse network traffic originating from the print spooler service.
These issues can be alleviated by removing the EnableDriverDomainNameParsing Option and using the Domain Name Parsing Advanced Setting instead, using Specified Processes.
