Issues Receiving Request Notifications
We've received some feedback on issues with delivery on the request notification e-mails. Upon that feedback, we've been working with our third-party e-mail provider to identify and resolve these issues. We have implemented a queue system that allows us to direct the mail to multiple third parties should one be unavailable, as well as alerting our Cyber Heroes in the event there are any issues or delays.
