Portal Help Desk Location
To access Help Desk, click on the Help button towards the top-right of the screen within the ThreatLocker Portal to open the Help Menu.
Within this menu, you will see 5 options:
- Chat with a Cyber Hero: Starts a new chat or submits an offline Help Desk ticket.
- ThreatLocker University: Opens ThreatLocker University in a new window.
- Knowledge Base: Opens ThreatLocker's Knowledge Base in a new tab.
- Partner Resources: Opens a new tab containing resources such as marketing assests, email templates, compliance documents, and ducky scripts.
- Help Desk: Opens the Help Desk page within the portal.
Below these options, you will also have the ability to determine the ThreatLocker Access level set for your organization. Your solutions engineer and Cyber Hero Support may need access to your organization in order to assist you.
Note: If you have Cyber Hero Management enabled, access for Cyber Heroes will be set to Full Control.
