Help CenterIn ThreatLocker, the Default Agent Version is configured at the device group level. This determines which agent version is installed on new computers added to the group.
Changing the Default Agent Version does not change the agent version currently installed on existing computers in the group.
Changing the Default Version of a Device Group
In the ThreatLocker portal, navigate to Assets > Groups.
Find the Device group on which you wish to change the Default Version.
On the main grid, select the Default Version chip next to the group to be changed.
This will open the Change Default Agent Version window.
Find and select the desired agent version. Any known issues with the selected version are displayed to help you make an informed decision.
Press the 'Update Default Version' button to change the Default Version.
Going forward, all newly installed computers in this group will receive the agent version selected as the default.
