Windows Agent Stub Version 5.0

Beta - 06/18/2026

The stub installer now validates downloaded .NET Runtime files to ensure integrity before installation
Resolved an issue where the OS version was not detected correctly, ensuring the correct installation package is used for Windows systems
The Stub Installer now fails and rolls back the installation if required .NET files cannot be downloaded
The Windows stub installer now supports a new `proxyservers` parameter, allowing users to configure multiple proxy servers simultaneously for improved network flexibility and redundancy
